Our Gang Comedies: Bear Shooters – 1930 Comedy Short Film
The 98th Our Gang short, a comedy series about a group of children; it’s the 10th with talking. Spud (Donald Janney) wants to go camping with Wheezer (Bobby Hutchins) and Mary Ann (Mary Ann Jackson) and shoot a bunch of bears. Then they discover some bootleggers who dress up like an ape. I guess wackiness ensues. There’s really not much else to say.
