...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
  area, Columbiana and Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
  Clarion, Jefferson PA and Lawrence.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are
  running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected
    through Wednesday morning. Much of the watch area has
    received 1 to 2 inches of rain over the past 48 hours,
    leading to saturated soils and rises in creeks and streams
    along with urban flooding. Additional rainfall through
    Wednesday morning of 1 to 2 inches with locally 3 inches is
    expected.
