The City of New Castle and Riverwalk Steering Committee, along with our consultants (Mackin Engineers), invite you to our public presentation of the draft Riverwalk plan, map and artist rendering. (Invitational poster is attached) It is on Wednesday, 22 October 2014, at 4PM at The Confluence (214 East Washington St, New Castle, PA 16101).
